Why two quotes for the same trip are never the same

Where the aircraft starts
If it is not already near you, someone pays for it to get there and, often, to go home again. Repositioning is the single largest difference between two prices for the same route.
Crew and overnights
A trip that keeps a crew away overnight costs more than one that returns the same day. Duty limits are not negotiable, and they shape what a schedule can do.
Landing, handling and ramp fees
Set by the airport and the FBO, not by us. In the weeks everyone wants to fly, they rise.
Federal excise tax
Seven and a half percent on domestic flights, plus segment fees. Set by the government and the same for everyone.

Osio is more than a company name. It is Cassandra’s family name, and a tribute to her father, Tomas Bernardo Osio — the man who first taught her what leadership means.
Born in Caracas, he was an economist, a motivational speaker, and an entrepreneur who built everything he had himself. He brought his family to the United States and became an American citizen — something he counted among the proudest achievements of his life. He loved to travel, and the discovery held in every journey.
He wanted to learn to fly. He helped his brother become a pilot instead. And through his example, and an extraordinary work ethic, he taught his daughter respect, integrity, commitment, and consistency.
